{"id":28632,"date":"2026-10-14T15:22:20","date_gmt":"2026-10-14T14:22:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/insider.thewholesalegroup.co.uk\/?post_type=recipe&#038;p=28632"},"modified":"2026-10-14T15:22:22","modified_gmt":"2026-10-14T14:22:22","slug":"banana-ghost-pots","status":"publish","type":"recipe","link":"https:\/\/insider.thewholesalegroup.co.uk\/recipe\/banana-ghost-pots\/","title":{"rendered":"Banana Ghost Pots"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A spooky low sugar dessert for any Halloween menu, with our delicious Angel Delight Mousse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparation Time: 8 Mins<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Serves: 20<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">40g Angel Delight Mousse Mix<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">300ml Cold Water<br>2 Large Bananas<br>5g Raisins<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pour the cold water into a large bowl.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the Angel Delight Mousse Mix and whisk for 30 seconds on slow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scrape down, then increase speed to high and whisk for 5 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pipe into serving dishes and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cut the bananas into 5 x 1\u201d (2.5cm) pieces (any extra banana can be diced and sprinkled on the top of each pot), place each piece of banana in a pot, and place two raisins into each piece for its eyes. Serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tips<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are not serving straight away, dip the banana pieces in lemon juice to stop them going brown.
