Smoked Paprika<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150g of Chef Prestige? King Prawns(defrosted)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 ml dry white wine (didn\u2019t you have some cooking wine launching)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300g of Chef Approved Plum Tomatoes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Tbsp. of cooked White Beans (Haricot or Butter)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt and Pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Tbsp. Chopped fresh parsley<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optional fresh basil to dress<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Heat the olive oil over a low heat. Add the garlic and cook gently for about 1 minute until fragrant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the fennel seeds and smoked paprika and fry for 10\u201315 seconds. Turn heat up high, add prawns. Cook for a minute or so, turning occasionally, until they turn pink.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add 75ml dry white wine, boil off alcohol, add plum tomatoes and simmer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the white beans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Let it simmer for another few minutes until sauce is thickened and prawns are cooked.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Season with salt and pepper to taste.
