\u00b7       50 g melted butter<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7       750 g Philadelphia Original Soft Cream Cheese<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7       300 g double cream<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7       300 g caster sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7       1 tsp fine sea salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7       5 eggs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7       20 g cornflour<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7       5 g vanilla extract<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7       40 g OREO Crumb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

1.   Add the OREO crumb to a food processor, loosely blitz, and pour in the melted butter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.   Line a 9\u201d spring form tin, with a large piece of greaseproof paper, crumpling the edges. This crumpling will give the finished cake a beautiful exterior texture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.   Press the OREO Crumb into the base of the lined tin and leave to set in the fridge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cheesecake Mix:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\n

1.   In a stand mixer with a paddle attachment, beat the cream cheese until soft, then add the cream, followed by the sugar and salt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.   Beat in the eggs one by one until thoroughly combined, add the cornflour and mix well. Blitz with a stick blender to fully combine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.   Pour the mixture into the lined tin and sprinkle over the remaining OREO Crumb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.   Place the tin on a baking tray and bake at 200 \u00baC for around 35 minutes. Turn the cheesecake in the oven and continue baking for another 15 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.   It should have a good wobble when it\u2019s done! Remove from the oven, leave to set at room temperature, and then chill overnight before portioning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
