Allow to crackle then pour over the potatoes.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add squeezed spinach, chopped coriander, and MAGGI\u00ae Masala Magic.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix gently until evenly combined then shape into 10 uniform patties.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For the batter:&nbsp;Combine gram flour, ajwain, turmeric, salt and baking powder, then add ginger and garlic.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gradually whisk in water to form a batter.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For assembly:&nbsp;Dip each potato patty into batter, then fry for 3-4 minutes until golden and crisp. Drain any excess oil.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dip chillies into remaining better and fry until crispy.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Slice bread rolls.
