  • 8 digestive biscuits<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 4 large marshmallows<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Chocolate bar, broken into squares<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Method<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    <\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Option 1: Campfire \/ BBQ<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    <\/div>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Skewer a marshmallow and toast it over the fire until golden brown and gooey (about 30 – 60 seconds).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Place a piece of chocolate on one digestive biscuit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Put the hot marshmallow on top of the chocolate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Sandwich with another digestive biscuit and press gently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Wait ~10 seconds for the chocolate to melt slightly, then enjoy.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Option 2: Oven \/ Grill<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      1. Preheat oven to 200\u00b0C (180\u00b0C fan) or set grill to medium.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Place 4 digestive biscuits on a baking tray and top each with chocolate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Add a marshmallow on top of the chocolate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Heat for 2\u20133 minutes (watch closely, marshmallows burn fast).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Remove, top with another biscuit, press gently, and serve warm.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Option 3: Microwave<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        1. Place chocolate and marshmallow on one digestive biscuit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Microwave for 5 – 15 seconds until marshmallow puffs (watch closely, puffs up fast).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Top with second biscuit and press.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
