{"id":27719,"date":"2026-02-13T11:46:38","date_gmt":"2026-02-13T11:46:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/insider.thewholesalegroup.co.uk\/?post_type=recipe&#038;p=27719"},"modified":"2026-03-18T13:39:13","modified_gmt":"2026-03-18T13:39:13","slug":"oreo-cheesecake-with-philadelphia","status":"publish","type":"recipe","link":"https:\/\/insider.thewholesalegroup.co.uk\/recipe\/oreo-cheesecake-with-philadelphia\/","title":{"rendered":"Oreo Cheesecake with Philadelphia\u00ae\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Serves:<\/strong> 16<br><strong>Time:<\/strong> 1 hour 10 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients:\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Base:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>150 g OREO\u00ae Crumb<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g melted butter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cheesecake Mix:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>750 g Philadelphia Original Soft Cream Cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 g double cream<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 g caster sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tsp fine sea salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 g cornflour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 g vanilla extract<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Topping:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>40 g OREO Crumb<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Method:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Base:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Add the OREO crumb to a food processor, loosely blitz, and pour in the melted butter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Line a 9\u201d spring form tin, with a large piece of greaseproof paper, crumpling the edges. This crumpling will give the finished cake a beautiful exterior texture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press the OREO Crumb into the base of the lined tin and leave to set in the fridge.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cheesecake Mix:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In a stand mixer with a paddle attachment, beat the cream cheese until soft, then add the cream, followed by the sugar and salt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beat in the eggs one by one until thoroughly combined, add the cornflour and mix well. Blitz with a stick blender to fully combine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour the mixture into the lined tin and sprinkle over the remaining OREO Crumb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the tin on a baking tray and bake at 200 \u00baC for around 35 minutes. Turn the cheesecake in the oven and continue baking for another 15 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It should have a good wobble when it\u2019s done!
