  • 185g Callebaut 811<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 185g unsalted butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 275g sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 3 piece(s)Egg<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 40g Callebaut Cocoa – Cocoa powder 22\/24 – 1kg Bag<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 50g Callebaut W2<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 50g Callebaut 823<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 150g Callebaut Fillings – Caramel – 5kg Bucket<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 85g Plain flour<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Preparation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Preheat the oven to 160c<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Melt the 811 dark chocolate callets and the butter together<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Whisk the sugar and eggs together<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Sieve together the flour and cocoa powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Add the W2 and 823 chocolate callets and fold<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Pour into frames or mats and poke holes to pipe 150g of caramel into the brownie<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Bake for 20 minutes<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. Add some gold ganache post bake and decorate<\/li>\n\n\n\n
