CHEF Approved Cocktail Sauce&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 tsp. CHEF Approved Sesame Seeds&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CHEF Approved Black Pepper\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CHEF Approved Sea Salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dipping Sauce<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 tsp. sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tbsp. soy sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tablespoon lime juice&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 red chilli, chopped<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 clove of garlic, chopped<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tsp. CHEF Approved Sesame Seeds\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd tsp. sesame oil&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Steam the rice using the absorption method according to packet instructions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;When rice is cooked cool down quickly by spreading out on a tray.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;Heat the butter in a frying pan until it starts to foam. Season the CHEF Approved salmon fillets generously both sides with salt and black pepper. Ensure the side skin has been removed from in the pan first and cook for 3 minutes until golden. Flip over and fry the other side for 2 mins, spooning the foaming butter over the fillets as you cook them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>While salmon is cooking make the dipping sauce by mixing everything together and divide into 4 small sauce dishes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place rice into 4 bowls and put a salmon fillet on each bowl of rice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make carrot ribbons, slice all the other salad ingredients and arrange around the salmon along with a slice of lime and some coriander (as in the photo).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drizzle over CHEF Approved cocktail sauce and serve along side the dipping sauce.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Serves 4 Ingredients Dipping Sauce&nbsp;
