  • 1000g bread flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 200g Macphie Bun Concentrate<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 50g fresh yeast<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 550g water<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Macphie Toffee Sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Bake stable cinnamon spread<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Pecan nuts<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Crispy bacon pieces<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Method<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    <\/div>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Mix the bread flour, Macphie Bun Concentrate, yeast and water in spiral mixer for 2 minutes slow 6 minutes fast.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Pin out dough into rectangle and spread with bake stable cinnamon spread leaving \u00bc inch along bottom edge to glaze and seal. Roll up and divide into approx 15 pieces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Place in a baking tray, leave enough room for the pieces to expand and fill the tray.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Proof at 35\u00b0C RH 70% for approx 45 minutes or leave covered in a warm and humid area  until the dough pieces have risen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Bake at 190\u00b0C for 18-20 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. When still hot cover with Macphie Toffee Sauce, pecan nuts and crispy bacon pieces.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
