{"id":14421,"date":"2022-10-31T13:43:49","date_gmt":"2022-10-31T13:43:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/insider.fairwayfoodservice.com\/?post_type=recipe&#038;p=14421"},"modified":"2023-07-05T13:45:17","modified_gmt":"2023-07-05T12:45:17","slug":"blue-cheese-shrooms","status":"publish","type":"recipe","link":"https:\/\/insider.thewholesalegroup.co.uk\/recipe\/blue-cheese-shrooms\/","title":{"rendered":"Blue Cheese &amp; \u2018Shrooms"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients: Serves 2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 tbsp olive oil<\/li><li>250g assorted mushrooms, sliced<\/li><li>1 clove garlic, crushed<\/li><li>1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce<\/li><li>3 tbsp half-fat creme fraiche<\/li><li>50g Stilton or other blue cheese, crumbled&nbsp;<\/li><li>salt and pepper to season<\/li><li>1 tbsp snipped fresh chives<\/li><li>2 Bannisters Yorkshire Family Farm Large Baked Jacket Potatoes<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:44px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cook two large Bannisters Baked Potatoes from frozen in the microwave (only 7 mins) on full power, as per instructions.<\/li><li>Meanwhile, cook your cheesy mushrooms. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the mushrooms and stir them until coated in oil and season with a good pinch of salt. Fry over a medium heat for 5 mins or until they release their juices and turn soft.<\/li><li>Increase the heat, stirring until most of the juices have gone, then add the garlic and fry for 30 seconds or so.<\/li><li>Remove from the heat, add the Worcestershire Sauce, creme fraiche, cheese and freshly ground black pepper and mix well.
