tbsp tomato puree<\/li><li>1 tsp smoked paprika<\/li><li>\u00bc tsp ground cloves<\/li><li>\u00bc tsp cinnamon<\/li><li>3 tbsp oats<\/li><li>2 tbsp soy sauce<\/li><li>Salt\/pepper<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>In a pan, saute your onion and garlic.<\/li><li>Either chop your carrots into small chunks or place in a blender and pulse then remove.<\/li><li>Now, to the blender, place half of the nuts, half of the lentils, and half of the kidney beans, along with the spices, oats, soy sauce, and tomato puree.<\/li><li>Once a paste has formed (not too smooth), add in the rest of the nuts, pulses, and onion and garlic mixture and pulse until you have a good consistency, but still with some chunks.<\/li><li>Fold through the carrots and cranberries.<\/li><li>Taste your mixture, adjust the seasoning.<\/li><li>If too wet, add more oats, too dry, add a touch of water.<\/li><li>Bake for 40 minutes or until a crust has formed on top.<\/li><li>Serve in slices, with a rich gravy.<\/li><\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients:&nbsp;
