optional<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Preheat the oven to 180C &#8211; fan 160C.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Take a 1.5kg loaf tin and butter and line the base and two long sides.<\/li><li>Mix the butter, honey and egg, and stir in the pumpkin or squash.<\/li><li>Then mix in the sugar, flour and ginger.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and sprinkle the top with the demerara sugar and pumpkin seeds (optional)<\/li><li>Bake for 50-60 minutes, until risen and golden brown.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Leave in the tin for 5 minutes, then turn out and cool on a wire rack.<\/li><li>Serve thickly sliced, alongside butter &#8211;
