Rich in monounsaturated fats and antioxidants, it is known to reduce inflammation and stress, whilst having beneficial effects on genes linked to cancer. Extra virgin olive oil is the least processed form of olive oil and therefore contains more of the natural antioxidants and vitamins which are lost during processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pour over the facts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On average, it takes 4 to 5 kilos of olives to produce one litre of olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spain is the world\u2019s largest producer, making almost half of the world\u2019s olive oil. For over 150 years, it has provided culinary inspiration to chefs around the world. The UK arrived a little late to the party, only truly embracing the health benefits of olive oil in the 1960s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Filippo Berio foodservice range is comprised of exceptional ingredients created to meet and exceed the needs of demanding chefs and diners. It features an olive oil and lemon sponge, olive oil and vanilla ganache, lemon curd, and cocoa tuille, and all of the components can be made in advance for ease of service.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
